1.SC Göttingen beats Bundesligist Eintracht Braunschweig

On Tuesday (20.09.2016) my team 1.SC Göttingen 05 played against the 2 league higher challenger Eintracht Braunschweig(1st Bundesliga).

The Black-Yellows (Die Schwarz-Gelben) won in a quarterfinal of Conti-Cup 3:2 after the penalty kicks. After 90 minutes stayed on the scoreboard 0:0. Our team got by winning this game to the Last-Four and can possible play against VfL Wolfsburg(1st Bundeliga), Hannover 96(1st Bundeliga), SV Meppen (Niedersachsenliga), SV Viktoria 08 Georgsmarienhütte(Niedersachsenliga), MTV Gifhorn (2nd league Regionalliga), or JFV Nordwest (1st Bundeliga). The game ended 0:0, most of the time was Eintracht Braunschweig in a ball possetion. I would assume 25:75 for the first half. We played defensivelly (as ussually) waiting for a competitor´s  mistake, using a quick counterattacks. The first half of the game was not really interesting just with 3 Shots on target all together. We had been supported  by 180 visitors who came to watch our game. Half time 0:0. The second half was much more open, the powers were equal, our ball possesion increased to 40:60. Shots on target 4:10. Corners 1:5.

Unfortunally, I did not enter the game. The Couch Jan-Phillip Brömse decided to not let me intervene into the game. Just 15 of 22 players of our team could possible play. I did not play and I feel bad about it, even though I thouht that I will get chance. Nevertheless, I need to keep working, this was just a personal decision of our couch which I of course could not influence in any way. I hope I will get a chance in a next game . WORK HARDER.
